Getting Log Files From Desktop VCaaS

This page will show you how to get log files from the desktop edition of VCaaS. Begin by starting VCaaS then use the file menu in the top left corner to get to preferences.

Staying in the General tab of Preferences, you can enable logging in the lower left corner. You can view log files by clicking Open Folder in the lower right corner.

Tip:

Most emails have a 50 MB limit on attachments. You might have to open the log files in a program like Notepad to break up the data into smaller chunks.
