Fix - VCaaS Stuck In Wrong Language

Version 22 of VCaaS Desktop Edition has a variety of language options. If you choose one then almost everything switches to that language. Thus, it can be hard to switch back to English. You can change this by going into the Gear options under the top dropdown. Click the 2nd dropdown arrow and scroll to your preferred language.
