Getting Log Files From VCaaS For iPhones

This page will show you how to get log files from the iPhone edition of VCaaS. Begin by logging into VCaaS then click the green flag in the top left corner. Some options will slide open. Choose Preferences.

You can swipe open a variety of logging options. There is also a convenient link at the bottom for emailing these log files to somewhere like csgroup@veracitynetworks.com.
