WCC Uploading Audio Files
Step 1. Confirm audio files are formatted properly
Attributes: u-law, 8000Hz, 64kbps, mono
Naming Convention: Alphanumeric and underscore only (no special characters)
Step 2. Log in to the WCC management portal:
Newest version: https://portal-v2.wxcc-us1.cisco.com/portal/home.html
Step 3. Navigate to “Routing Strategy” from the left-hand navigation pane
Step 4. Select “Resources” from the top menu bar and then “Audio Files.”
Step 5. Select “New.”
Step 6. Select “Browse” and find the audio file you’d like to upload. Once uploaded, click “Save.”
