Start by selecting the User tab

Open

Then Manager Users

Open

Add or Modify Users

Select Next

Export Users

Add TRUE or FALSE to the access the User Needs

In the exported spreadsheet, it is easiest to copy rules of another agent with similar access and then change the names and email

Save your Excel spreadsheet

Import your saved file into Control Hub
