Zoho PhoneBridge Integration

This page covers how to integrate Zoho PhoneBridge with Veracity's Integrator solution. Begin by clicking the ^ upward arrow on the right side of the taskbar then right-click on the green or grey box icon.

Choose Configuration.

Choose (Add new) in the left sidebar then use the dropdown to scroll down and select Zoho PhoneBridge. Now click the Set button followed by the Save button.

You can now click on Zoho PhoneBridge in the left sidebar to configure it as needed. For examples, this is where you can generate an authorization (if needed) and you can also test the integration from here.
