This page covers how to integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Veracity's Integrator solution. Begin by clicking the ^ upward arrow on the right side of the taskbar then right-click on the green or grey box icon.

Choose Configuration.

Choose (Add new) in the left sidebar then use the dropdown to scroll down and select Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Now click the Set button followed by the Save button.

Now you can go into this CRM's settings to configure the server URL and some sign in options. Scrolling down, there is a tool for testing the integration.

Note: The server URL, username, et cetera, are the ones that you use to connect to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
