Once you have cross launched from Control Hub into Webex Contact Center, you can bulk upload or modify agents under the Provisioning > User tab:

Export as CSV

Update the agent settings and access they will need:

Login / Email, Site, Team, Agent Profile, Skill (If needed) Media Profile, Default ten digit phone number

It is simplest to copy information and access a similar user has

You must switch the agent Profile Name and Skill Profile Name tabs and save before importing into WCC

Select Bulk Update

If you cannot see your update or there are errors, you can view those under Provisioning >Bulk Operation Status:
