Analyzer is a robust reporting generator in Webex Contact Center.  In Analyzer you can view standard reports, build custom reports and schedule them to be sent to you at a specified date and time. This page will show you two informative videos to help you better understand how to use this tool:

1- The first video explains how data is organized in the system.   

2- The second video gives an explanation of how to build reports.

Logging In:  To find Analyzer, login to the following link as an admin or supervisor: http://portal-v2.wxcc-us1.cisco.com/
