This page will show you how to integrate with our BroadWorks based phone system. You can get into your configuration page by clicking the ^ arrow in the bottom right side of the taskbar. (see below) You then right click on the green (active) or grey (inactive) square. Once configured, you can double-click on the grey square to make it active.

Choose the Configuration option.

Choose Telephony in the left sidebar. Put in the following info.

License serial number unless this is a free trial in which case leave this blank.

Method: HTTP(S) protocol

Server: https://hosted.veracitynetworks.com

Username:  username@voice.broadweave.net. Note this could also be an alternate userID. (Same credentials for accessing https://hosted.veracitynetworks.com for customers. For Veracity employees, it is your VNW### extension number.)

Password: Your Broadworks password (Same credentials for accessing https://hosted.veracitynetworks.com and VCaaS)

Click Save.

Now go into the Interface section in the left sidebar. Choose the appropriate license type and Save again.

Now click Call Events in the left sidebar. You probably want to set it to show you the contact when your phone is ringing. (optional)

Click To Dial Setup:

Select "Dialing" form the Configuration Menu's left sidebar.

Check mark Clipboard, Application and Focus dialing as needed.

Click the Dialing handlers button.  Choose the dialer add-on for your browser. Click Download for your preferred browser then open that browser. You need to add Telephone Number Detection as either an add-on or an extension.

TAPI and CallTo might be needed based upon individual needs.
