Create a Google CCAI Virtual Agent for Contact Center

Follow the below steps to create GCP Project in Google:

 


The reason the customer needs to create their own Google account is that they need to own their GCP organization.  That way they own the data and Google infrastructure.  

In order to have the connector from the Google CCAI to tie into Control Hub, you will need to provide the following information to Cisco regarding the Google CCAI Virtual Agent

 

  1. Customer should login from their enterprise account or Google Account they want to use for managing CCAI Services.

2. Click on Console

3. If this is the first time logging in, you will be asked to Accept ‘Terms of Service’. Click ‘Agree and Continue’.

4. Create a new Project by clicking ‘Create’

5. Click on ‘Projects’ and select the newly created Project:

Click ‘Open’ in the lower right corner

Provide the following information to Cisco regarding the Google CCAI Virtual Agent:
